| Midland Davis Corp. can
trace it's roots back to 1892. In that
year, a 20 year old immigrant named Louis
Livingston began his career in the scrap
industry. Louis made his living by collecting
pieces of discarded iron and steel which he
would then sell to local foundries and mills.
In 1908, the business grew
to the point where a scrap yard was required.
Louis bought a property and named his operation
Midland Iron & Steel.
Currently in its 5th
generation of family ownership, Midland Davis
has evolved into a quality, full-service
provider in all major aspects of the recycling
industry including different grades of ferrous
and non-ferrous scrap, paper, plastics, and
wood.
We understand that each
customer has specific needs. With over a century
of recycling expertise, we know what these needs
are and are ready to accommodate any of them. |
